✦ Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected, purified, and packaged before shipment.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
Custom or ritual-made pieces may require 10–14 business days before dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
✦ Shipping Methods
We primarily ship with FedEx under Standard Shipping service.
Standard shipping is used for all domestic and U.S. orders unless otherwise requested.
In some cases (such as remote areas, special handling, or courier limitations), an alternative carrier such as UPS or DHL may be used.
You may also request FedEx Express or FedEx Priority for faster delivery at an additional cost — please contact mystal1122@gmail.com before checkout.

✦ Customs & Duties
For shipments to the United States, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Mystal Crystal Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
✦ Lost or Damaged Packages
Once the parcel is handed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notice.
We’ll assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement whenever possible.
✦ Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout.
We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
