✦ Our Philosophy
Each Mystal creation is individually handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and intentionally bonded to its future owner.
For this reason, all pieces are considered final sale once shipped — as they are created with personal intention and cannot be resold or remade.
However, we understand that situations may arise, and we aim to assist with compassion and fairness.
✦ Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Natural variations in crystal color, pattern, or inclusions
Incorrect wrist sizing provided by the customer
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:
The product arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item was received
The package was lost in transit and confirmed by the courier
If your order meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
You may reach us at mystal1122@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
✦ Exchanges
Because all Mystal pieces are made individually and intentionally, we do not accept direct exchanges for different products or designs.
If you wish to modify sizing (for bracelets only), please contact us at mystal1122@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt — resizing may be possible with an additional adjustment fee and return shipping cost.
✦ Damaged or Lost Orders
All shipments are handled with extreme care.
In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll assist in a replacement or claim through our courier partner (FedEx).
For lost parcels, once verified by the courier as undeliverable, we will provide either a replacement or store credit.

All custom and made-to-order creations are strictly final sale, as they are made specifically for your energy and cannot be replicated or resold.
